🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
- A small fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply for orders below ₹999 (based on location)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at most pin codes (with a nominal handling charge, if applicable).
Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email/WhatsApp/SMS to follow your order.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’ve got you covered!

✅ Eligibility

Returns/Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags & packaging.
❌ Non-returnable items: Innerwear, swimwear, accessories, and clearance/sale items (due to hygiene & safety reasons).

🛠️ How to Return/Exchange

Raise a request at [Your Support Email/WhatsApp] within 7 days of delivery.
Once approved:
- Either self-ship the product to our return address, OR
- Request a pickup service (available in select pin codes; charges may apply).
After inspection, we’ll process your refund/exchange within 7–10 working days.

💰 Refund Options

Prepaid Orders → Refunded to original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet).
COD Orders → Refunded via Bank Transfer/UPI.
Store Credit → Quick refund option for future purchases.

⚠️ Important Notes

Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and provide a full refund/exchange.
Please pack the return items securely to avoid transit damage.
